The Annual Road Meeting for Miller's Lake and
Preacher's Point
was held
Saturday, August 14th, 2010 at Boyd and Sue's.
Important!
A new fee invoicing schedule has been approved, beginning with the 2011
year:
The following changes to the billing cycle will
be made beginning with the 2011 year:

The billing date will be aligned with the
Preacher's Point group to streamline the process.

Invoices will be sent out in early Spring 2011
(rather than late fall) for that and subsequent years.

Invoices will be payable by June 1 of each
year.
-
A Road Maintenance fee increase of $50 was
authorized for 2011 (see minutes).

A new prompt-pay discount will be offered:

Boice Bradley - Rough as expected this time of year. Just drive slowly.
Miller’s Lake Road – A few trees down and many (big) branches, but most were moved out of the way. A few “Big” potholes and soft parts. These can be repaired in the coming weeks as the road dries out.
Preacher’s Point - Soft in a few places.

Special Spring 2008 Preacher's Point Meeting Complete
A meeting was held June 14, 2008 to discuss urgent
road business prior to the annual meeting.
Many issues were discussed and resolved.

Some points of the meeting are the following:
-Jim W. has resigned as Road Manager and his duties are being
assumed by a committee of two. Much thanks to Boyd and Brad for
volunteering for this important task. And we all extend our very
special thanks to Jim for more than ten years of outstanding
service to our group. Thanks Jim!
-Road conditions will be monitored by the road managers and
posted here on this website. Check this page before using the
road especially in early spring or late fall and winter to make sure the
road is open.
-Road dues are payable no later than June 1 of each year,
starting in 2009 and will be $350. However, an early-pay
discount of $50 applies if the treasurer (Dave) receives your
dues on or before the June 1 deadline.

Meeting was held Saturday August 11, 2007 at Jim and
Gwen's place. Refreshments were provided by Mike and
Patty.
